Guidelines – While Working Amidst Covid-19

Even though the pandemic (COVID-19) still exist amongst us, our work-life needs to be resumed. We will have to adapt ourselves to the work environment which will eventually be New-Normal. Therefore it's necessary to follow some guidelines while working at office.

Standard precautions for all:

• Outside home, always cover your nose and mouth

• Greet your colleagues/people from a distance

• Always carry a sanitizer along with you to work

• Keep your office desk clean and tidy

• Avoid handshakes

• Avoid touching any object unless necessary

• Try to complete all your meetings and discussions through online tools

• Keep washing your hands frequently

• Change your clothes as soon as you come home and maintain distance from family members for a while

Adopt a healthy lifestyle and keep your immune system strong. Avoid any food items which can cause throat infection or might lead to allergies/fever
